1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of you-sphere.com and any purchase from You-Sphere ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Products

We sell The Carrot Patch, a plush hide-and-find toy for little ones and pets. Product images are for illustration. The product should be used under adult supervision.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may be shown in other currencies for convenience at live exchange rates. We may change prices at any time; your order is charged at the price shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Selecting a product and completing payment creates a binding order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or fraud is suspected) and refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination, and we ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Disclaimer & warranties

Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The product must be used as intended and under supervision.
